We Are a Broker, Not a Principal
Aircraft Source acts solely as a broker. We do not own, hold title to, take possession of, or sell aircraft on our own account. In any transaction, we act as the agent of the party who has engaged us, and we are not a party to the purchase and sale agreement between buyer and seller. We do not guarantee the performance of any buyer, seller, lender, escrow agent, inspection facility, or other third party involved in a transaction.
Nothing on this site creates a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary duty. Any engagement is established only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement governs commission, exclusivity, term, and scope. Commission rates, fees, and payment terms are set in that written agreement and are not published on this site.
Acquisition Services
We also assist buyers in locating aircraft, including aircraft that are not publicly listed for sale. When we act in that capacity, we represent the buyer who has engaged us and owe no duty to any owner we contact on the buyer's behalf.
We make no guarantee that a suitable aircraft will be located, that any owner we approach will agree to sell, or that any transaction will close on any particular timeline or price. Where a written acquisition agreement is in place, any fee owed to us is earned as provided in that agreement regardless of whether the fee is ultimately paid by the buyer, the seller, or a listing broker, and regardless of whether the aircraft was publicly listed at the time it was identified.
Listings and Aircraft Information
Aircraft specifications, times, damage history, maintenance status, equipment lists, photographs, and pricing published on this site are supplied by aircraft owners or obtained from third-party sources. We present that information in good faith but do not independently verify it, and we make no representation or warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or currency.
All listings are subject to prior sale, price change, and withdrawal without notice. Listing an aircraft on this site is not an offer to sell, and inquiring about an aircraft does not reserve it or create any right to purchase.
No Representation as to Airworthiness or Condition
We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the airworthiness, condition, value, title, registration status, airworthiness directive compliance, logbook completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any aircraft. All aircraft are sold “as is, where is” unless a written purchase agreement expressly states otherwise.
Buyer Due Diligence
Any prospective buyer is solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before purchasing an aircraft. This includes, at minimum, a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified and independent maintenance facility of the buyer's choosing, a complete review of maintenance logbooks and airworthiness directive compliance, a title and lien search through a qualified aircraft title company, verification of registration status with the FAA Civil Aviation Registry, and use of a licensed aviation escrow agent for the transfer of funds and title.
We may suggest inspection facilities, title companies, escrow agents, lenders, or other service providers as a convenience. Any such suggestion is not an endorsement or recommendation, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work product, or fees of any third-party provider.

Nothing on this site or in any communication with us constitutes legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financing, appraisal, or aviation regulatory advice. Aircraft valuations, market estimates, and pricing guidance we provide are opinions based on available market data, are not appraisals, and should not be relied upon as such. You should consult your own qualified professionals before entering into any transaction.
Use of This Website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, its servers, or any connected systems, and you may not scrape, harvest, republish, or commercially exploit listing content without our prior written permission.
Compliance
You represent that you are not a person or entity with whom transactions are prohibited under applicable sanctions, export control, or anti-money laundering laws. Aircraft sales may be subject to export control requirements, and any buyer is responsible for compliance with applicable federal and international regulations governing the export, registration, and operation of aircraft.
Intellectual Property
Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the property of Aircraft Source or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names and model designations are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mountain Mini Machines and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of this site, your violation of these terms, or your use or operation of equipment purchased from us.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the commission actually received by us in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim, or $500 if no commission was received.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aircraft Source and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of this site, your violation of these terms, information you provide to us, or any transaction in which we acted as broker.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
